LEVEL ONE BRANCH CONSULTING: 2-day on site evaluation. Full written evaluation of branch, staff, and up to 20 advisors. The program begins with a Branch Manager ProfileXT evaluation and 1 Hour Executive Coaching Session. It also includes up to 10 ProfileXT or Profiles Sales Assessment screenings and up to 10 Profiles Performance Indicator screenings with a 1/2 hour per participant Executive Coaching Session with a Certified CEC Executive Coach (additional screenings available for an extra fee). Additionally the program includes on-site facilities, staff, culture, and service posture evaluation. Also included is Branch Business Plan development and coaching, “Vision” process development coaching, staff development plan coaching, cultural development plan coaching, and recruiting plan coaching. This program includes two copies of “The Ultimate Guide for Branch Manager Prosperity and Success,” 6-month unlimited email coaching plus a six-month teleconference follow-up review.

LEVEL TWO MANAGER COACHING: Ideal for SMALL FIRMS, REGIONS, or DIVISIONS; this is a group coaching process requiring a five manager minimum. The program is delivered twice a month through teleconferences and independent assignments. We use a customized assessment form for initial information gathering. The coaching process covers Metrics identification and analysis, Metrics projection, “Vision” clarification and analysis, The Branch Plan, “Blocking and Tackling”, Cultural change, “Finding the Leverage” Matrix, Recruiting, and “Your Evolution.” 6 month minimum per manager required. TESTING TOOLS: We offer a variety of managerial and staff screening tests to aid in the hiring, performance coaching, and development process for all levels of employees. These tests include:
ProfileXT - a multi-purpose assessment that is used for selection, coaching, training, promotion, managing, and succession planning. It is a powerful and dynamic management tool that employs 21st Century technology to put the right people in the right jobs. $425 per individual including 1/2 hour Executive Session with a Certified CEC Executive Coach.
Profiles Sales Assessment – is a tool for selecting, managing, and training sales people. It measures five key qualities of successful sales people and predicts performance in seven critical sales behaviors. $425 per individual including 1/2 hour Executive Session with a Certified CEC Executive Coach.
Profiles Performance Indicator- PPI specifically measures an individual’s motivational intensity and behaviors related to productivity, quality of work, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, adapting to change, as well as response to conflict, stress, and frustration. The output from this assessment serves as an “operator’s manual” for an employee, which helps managers better motivate, coach, and communicate with the employee. A powerful feature of the PPI is the Team Analysis Report designed to help managers form teams, improve team communication, and better team leadership. $299. per individual including 1/2 hour Executive Session with a Certified CEC Coach.
